Meet Kristen, Creator of Nutrition Witch

Kristen, a life long lover of the outdoors, metaphysical studies, and natural healing, grew up in Maine where she lives today. She went to school for nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, in NYC, and also worked as a whole foods chef at the Omega Institute for Holistic studies, where she studied yoga, energy healing, women’s empowerment, shamanism, and more.

Kristen created Nutrition Witch, a community of like-minded souls, where she offers healthy eating and lifestyle tips to her community members. Having overcome her own struggles and challenges, Kristen encourages others to live more authentic lives. After all, authenticity breeds joy! She wants her community members to know that, no matter what their backgrounds or circumstances are, they can create beautiful lives for themselves. Her focus is largely on nutrition because putting the right fuel, or food, into the body changes everything.
